Teach with Yoren
Teach Chinese students studying abroad.
We are recruiting subject tutors, academic English teachers and editors to work online with Chinese students at overseas universities. You work in English. We handle student enquiries in Chinese.
Who we are looking for
We welcome PhD researchers and university lecturers across all subjects. Experience teaching or assisting with university courses is especially useful.
Subject tutoring includes explaining course material, working through problems and preparing students for exams. Researchers can also offer feedback on research methods, dissertation arguments and structure.
For academic English, we are looking for native English-speaking teachers with academic or research-writing experience. Academic editors based in English-speaking countries can also apply for proofreading and language-editing work.
Working with Yoren
You set your availability and choose which requests to accept. Yoren collects the student’s materials and handles bookings, student payments and service enquiries. We pay you for completed work at the agreed rate. For editing, we provide the document, editing instructions and deadline.
